Shipping & Delivery • Shipping fees and customs duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. • ECPC Sports Gear is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or unforeseen events. • We ship worldwide. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. • All orders are shipped with reliable carriers (e.g., PostNord, DHL, UPS). • Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched. • Sweden & Nordic countries: 2-5 business days (SEK 79, free over SEK 1500). • EU countries: 4-10 business days (SEK 149, free over SEK 2500). • Rest of the world: 7-14 business days (SEK 149, free over SEK 2500) - (depending on destination and customs). Returns & Refunds • Customers in the EU have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of delivery (cooling-off period) - EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging. • We’ll send instructions and the return address. • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after receiving the return. • Return shipping costs may apply unless the product was defective or incorrectly supplied. • You are entitled to make a complaint about faulty products within 3 years in Sweden (2 years within the EU). • Contact us at: contact@ecpcsportsgear.com with a description and, if possible, photos of the issue.
