Shipping & Return Policy - ECPC Sports Gear Effective Date: 2025-08-30 Company: ECPC Sports Gear AB Location: Sweden Processing Times • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. • Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day. • If we are for any reason unable to deliver the products to requested destination a refund will be made. Shipping Methods & Costs • We ship worldwide. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. • All orders are shipped with reliable carriers (e.g. PostNord, DHL, UPS). • Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery Times • Sweden & Nordic countries: 2-5 business days (SEK 79, free over SEK 1500). • EU countries: 4-10 business days (SEK 149, free over SEK 2500). • Rest of the world: 7-14 business days (SEK 149, free over SEK 2500) - (depending on destination and customs). Customs & Import Duties • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties required by their country. • ECPC Sports Gear is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. Returns & Exchanges Policy Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) • Customers in the EU have the legal right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason. • To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Conditions for Returns • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted. • Certain items (e.g. underwear, personalized/customized products, clearance items) may be non-returnable for hygiene or final sale reasons. How to Return an Item • Contact us at: contact@ecpcsportsgear.com with your order number and reason for return. • We will provide return instructions and the return address. • Ship the item back securely in its original packaging. Return Costs • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. • If we made a mistake, we cover the return shipping. Refunds • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. • Shipping fees (if any) are generally non-refundable. Exchanges • If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
