ECPC Sports Gear – Terms & Conditions for Bookings Effective Date: 2025-08-30 Company: ECPC Sports Gear AB Location: Sweden These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings of Personalized Training Sessions, Group Training Sessions, and Programs/ Camps with ECPC Sports Gear AB (“ECPC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking an Personalized Training Session, Group training Session or Program/ Camps, you (“Customer”, “Athlete”, or “Parent/Guardian” for minors) agree to the following: Booking & Payment • All bookings must be made through our official booking system on the ECPC Sports Gear website. • Payment must be completed at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. • Your booking confirmation will be sent via email immediately after successful payment. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Sessions (Personalized, Group): May be cancelled up to 24 hours before the session start time. Cancellations later than 24 hours are non-refundable and a payment fee will be placed. 24h-2h= 500kr / 2h- start of sessions= 1000kr. Program/Camps may be cancelled up to 7 days before it start. Reschedule is possible up to 48h before the session start. • ECPC Sports Gear reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, facility issues). In such cases, customers will receive a refund or credit. Attendance & Conduct • Athletes must arrive on time and ready to participate with proper gear and equipment. • Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring youth athletes are dropped off and collected safely. • ECPC reserves the right to refuse participation if an athlete displays unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior. Health & Safety • Participation is at the athlete’s own risk. All athletes must disclose relevant health conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to participation. • ECPC Sports Gear staff may stop an athlete from participating if it is deemed unsafe. • ECPC Sports Gear is not responsible for injuries sustained during participation, except in cases of gross negligence or where local law provides otherwise. • Proper protective gear is required for all sports (helmets, pads, etc. depending on activity). Liability Waiver By booking a service, you agree to release ECPC Sports Gear, its coaches, and staff from any liability related to injuries, accidents, loss or damage during training, except were prohibited by law. Refunds & Credits • Refunds will only be issued as outlined in the cancellation policies above. • In some cases, ECPC may issue credits toward future bookings instead of refunds. • Local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights, which will always be respected. Loyalty Program & Discounts • Loyalty points or membership discounts may be earned through participation. • Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Minors & Consent • For athletes under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the booking and accept these terms on their behalf. • By booking, parents/guardians consent to their child’s participation and accept responsibility for compliance with these terms. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law. For international participants, consumer protection rights applicable in their country of residence may also apply, and these Terms will not limit those rights.
